Review of the roadside "?" EVENTS — the branching encounters fired on map "?" nodes. Source of truth: tools/audit/events.json (dumped from the in-game event table). Each event has a valence (boon / neutral / bad), VN intro lines, and 3–4 choices with risk-rated outcomes. Edits sync cross-device via audit-state-uat /api/events_state.
